• Club/Team Registration Form [PDF, 136k]
  Updated at 7:47pm on 2009-10-07! Use this form to register your team or club with ILMSA for 2010. Please note: Your club or team must be registered before its swimmers may register with that club or team for 2010.  Individual registration for 2010 has already begun, so get your forms in SOON!
• Individual Registration Form [PDF, 207k]
  Updated for 2010 at 5:58am on 2009-11-01!  Use this form if you are registering for the year, and your club/team does not do this for you (check with your coaching staff to see if your club/team handles your ILMSA registration). Please note: you may not register for 2010 until your club/team is registered!
• ILMSA Young Swimmer Discount/Student Scholarship Forms 
  If you are under the age of 26, and are a full-time student, you are eligible to receive a $27 discount on your ILMSA/USMS dues (making your total net dues a whopping $10). Just fill out the scholarship form and send it in with your registration. If you are a first-time ILMSA registrant under the age of 27 and not a full-time student, you are eligible to receive a $10 discount on your ILMSA/USMS dues (making your total net dues a whopping $27). Just fill out this form  and send it in with your registration.

  Use this form if you are transferring between clubs or teams during the year.
