Club/Team Registration Form [PDF]
Use this form to register your team or club with ILMSA for 2011. Please note: Your club or team must be registered before its swimmers may register with that club or team for 2012. Individual registration for 2012 begins November 1, 2011, so get your forms in SOON! -

Updated for 2012 at 9:01pm on 2011-10-31! Use this form if you are registering for the year, and your club/team does not do this for you (check with your coaching staff to see if your club/team handles your ILMSA registration). Please note: you may not register for 2012 until your club/team is registered! -
ILMSA Young Swimmer Discount Form
If you are under the age of 25, you are eligible to receive a $9 discount on your ILMSA/USMS dues, making your total net dues just $31. The discount is automatically applied. Just fill out the Individual Registration Form and send it in with your $31 payment OR, Sign up online! -
