Updated Consolidated Entry Card Available

Many thanks are due to Chad Manbeck for submitting an updated version of the ILMSA Consolidated Entry Card. This new version corrects a bug that some users were experiencing in two of the fill-in fields. You can download the Consolidated Entry Card to enter most ILMSA events.
